Kailas Trail Running Team Thailand
And so, we arrive at the final athlete of the Kailas Trail Running Team Thailand. That person is Kiki, a beautiful, high-speed, adventurous trail runner full of overflowing, positive energy.
.
Kiki, Keerati Tepinta, or as people call her at home, "Baitong," was born on February 21, 1991. She is an accountant, which might seem a bit contrary to her outward personality, but that's not a problem. This easy-going, beautiful girl is a powerhouse when it’s time to hit the trails; she’s tough, ready to face any situation, and whether it's climbing mountains or trekking through streams, our Kiki is never afraid.
“I’ve been running for about 3 years. I first started with road running before fully transitioning into the trail running scene, and I’ve been head-over-heels in love with it for about a year now. The reason was a broken heart from road running, so I turned to the forest to heal my mind (Poor thing T_T, the admin is rooting for you ^^). After that, I just became addicted to nature. As I continued to run, I felt that I really loved the community and the atmosphere of trail running; it’s warm, fun, and is the happiest thing ever.”
.
And as you can see, our Kiki is so in love with trail running and trains so hard that the main reward is her performance on the course. Kiki has performed excellently, placing in many races, such as 1st place Overall at the Navy Frog Trail Challenges, 10km distance, with a time of 01:31:00 in 2019; or 1st place Female Overall at Thailand by UTMB, 24km distance, with a time of 03:04:56 in 2020; and 1st place Female Overall at the Doi Nhok Trail, 58km distance, with a time of 14:22:08, also in 2020. And there are many other races that our Kiki has conquered.
.
.
“As for the races I like, I don't have any specific favorites. I love them all, haha, because each race has its own charm. As for a dream race, I’d love to go to UTMB (Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc) in France, but if possible, I’d love to go to every race around the world, haha.”
.
“Actually, I love every Kailas product, but if I had to choose, it would be the Fuga Pro 3 shoes. I like them because they are the shoes I feel confident wearing on the course. I used to be someone who was very afraid of downhill sections because I was scared of slipping, but wearing this pair gave me confidence in my footwork thanks to the low offset, which provides high agility, grip, braking power, and extra push on steep inclines.” Kiki shared, while mimicking a jump to simulate a downhill descent for the admin to see, adding to her credibility, haha.
.
.
“Nothing comes easily if you don't take action. Dreams are the same; if you dare to step out of your comfort zone, look for what defines who you are, go chase your dreams, and start building your own ‘path,’ surely you will succeed one day. I’m cheering for everyone.” A short, final sentence that is both poignant and infused with the positive energy that she naturally embodies.

.
Finally, we have reached the end of this deep dive into the backgrounds of all the Kailas Trail Running Team Thailand athletes. The admin would like to ask all our friends, brothers, and sisters in the Kailas Thailand community to follow and support Kiki and all the athletes of the Kailas Trail Running Team Thailand. As I always say, wherever you meet them, feel free to say hello, chat, and offer your support. And in 2021, if the situation improves, we will definitely see them out there racing at various trail events all across Thailand.
.
And lastly, the admin would like to thank all the Kailas Thailand followers for sticking with us from the first athlete to the last. But don't go anywhere just yet; we will have more content like this for everyone to follow for sure. Hit Like, Share, and select 'See First' so you won’t miss any of our updates (wow, I sound like a YouTuber, haha). Regardless, I would like to thank everyone once again from the bottom of my heart, and I will see you all in the next posts.
.
For today, goodbye.
