MACH X

• Design: The HOKA Mach 5 features a simple, lightweight design with a slightly wider footbed, while the Mach X is engineered for faster times, offering improved cushioning and greater stability.
• Weight: The Mach 5 is 16g lighter than the Mach X in a US 10 (M). Generally, lighter running shoes allow for faster, less fatiguing long-distance runs. The Mach X includes a Pebax® midsole plate to help propel you forward for faster running.
• Cushioning Technology: HOKA Mach 5 uses a PROFLY™+ midsole, while the Mach X features a PROFLY X midsole.
• The weight reduction is one of the factors that makes the Mach 5 lighter and more comfortable for running, whereas the Mach X incorporates more advanced technology to assist with cushioning and prevent ankle torsion during runs.

Usage: The HOKA Mach 5 is suitable for general long-distance runs, while the Mach X is ideal for races that require speed and stability.
