ประกาศเกี่ยวกับความเป็นส่วนตัว

บริษัท เรฟ อีดิชั่น จำกัด รวมถึงบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามคำสั่งหรือในนามของบริษัท ต่อไปนี้จะเรียกรวมว่า “บริษัท” เล็งเห็นถึงความสำคัญในการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของลูกค้า ผู้ใช้บริการ ผู้มาติดต่อ พันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ นักกีฬา ไม่ว่าจะเป็นวิธีการเก็บรวบรวม การใช้ การเปิดเผย และส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลไปยังต่างประเทศ ซึ่งบริษัทจะนำข้อมูลที่ท่านให้ไว้กับบริษัทเพื่อส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์ และให้บริการที่ตรงกับความต้องการสำหรับท่านอย่างเหมาะสม บริษัทตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 บริษัทจึงออกประกาศฉบับนี้ขึ้น เพื่อแจ้งข้อมูลให้แก่ท่านอันเกี่ยวกับ สิทธิและหน้าที่ ตลอดจนเงื่อนไขต่างๆ ในการเก็บ รวมรวบ ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

ประกาศฉบับนี้ใช้บังคับครอบคลุมถึงร้านค้าปลีก เว็บไซต์ ช่องทางสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ ช่องทางการสื่อสารทางออนไลน์ ตลอดจนสถานที่อื่น ๆ ที่มีการเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน

“ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล” หมายถึง ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลซึ่งทำให้สามารถระบุตัวตนได้ ไม่ว่าทางตรงหรือทางอ้อม แต่ไม่รวมถึงข้อมูลของผู้ถึงแก่กรรม หรือข้อมูลที่ได้ผ่านกระบวนการทำให้เป็นข้อมูลที่ไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลได้

1. ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่บริษัทเก็บรวบรวม

1.1 ข้อมูลส่วนตัว เช่น ชื่อ-นามสกุล, วันเดือนปีเกิด, อายุ, เพศ, สัญชาติ, เลขประจำตัวประชาชน, ลายมือชื่อ
1.2 ข้อมูลเพื่อการติดต่อ เช่น ที่อยู่ทางไปรษณีย์, หมายเลขโทรศัพท์, อีเมล, ไลน์ไอดี (LINE ID), Facebook ไอดี (Facebook ID), ไอดี Google (Google ID), ไอดี Twitter (Twitter ID) และบัญชีผู้ใช้ในโซเชียลมีเดียอื่น ๆ
1.3 ข้อมูลทางการเงิน เช่น เลขบัตรเครดิต, สำเนาสมุดบัญชีธนาคาร
1.4 ข้อมูลเอกสารทางราชการ เช่น สำเนาบัตรประชาชน, สำเนาหนังสือเดินทาง หรือเอกสารทางราชการอื่น ๆ ซึ่งสามารถระบุตัวตนได้
1.5 ข้อมูลที่ได้จากการเก็บรวบรวมของบริษัท หรือระบบอัตโนมัติจากอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ ของบริษัท เช่น หมายเลข IP Address, Cookie, พฤติกรรมการใช้บริการ, ประวัติการสั่งซื้อ, รายละเอียดข้อมูลสมาชิก, หมายเลขสมาชิก, ภาพถ่าย, ภาพและ/หรือวิดีทัศน์จากกล้องวงจรปิด

2. เหตุใดบริษัทจึงเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน

2.1 เพื่อจัดหา พัฒนา และปรับปรุงสินค้า ผลิตภัณฑ์ และการบริการให้ตอบสนองความต้องการของเจ้าของข้อมูล
2.2 เพื่อแนะนำ และให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสินค้า ผลิตภัณฑ์ และการบริการ หรือประชาสัมพันธ์สิทธิประโยชน์ โปรโมชั่น ข่าวสาร ทางช่องการติดต่อที่เจ้าข้อมูลให้ไว้ ตามที่ได้รับคำยินยอม
2.3 เพื่อการยืนยันตัวตน เช่น ลงทะเบียน ตรวจสอบ ยืนยัน ระบุตัวตนของท่าน
2.3 เพื่อสำรวจความคิดเห็น วิจัย จัดทำข้อมูลทางสถิติ เพื่อใช้ทำการตลาด หรือพัฒนาปรับปรุงการดำเนินการของบริษัท
2.4 เพื่อบริหารจัดการงาน หรือดำเนินงานภายในของบริษัทที่จำเป็นภายใต้ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฏหมาย
2.5 เพื่อปฎิบัติตามกระบวนการทางกฎหมาย เช่น การหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย
2.6 เพื่อให้ข้อมูลแก่หน่วยงานของรัฐที่มีอำนาจหน้าที่ตามกฎหมายตามที่หน่วยงานภาครัฐร้องขอ
2.7 เพื่อใช้ในการสอบสวนและปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย ข้อบังคับ ระเบียบ หรือหน้าที่ตามกฎหมายของบริษัท
2.8 เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์อื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับคำยินยอมชัดแจ้งจากท่าน

3. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลแก่บุคคลภายนอก

บริษัทอาจะเปิดเผย หรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไปยังบุคคลภายนอกบริษัทตามที่ระบุด้านล่าง

3.1 บริษัทอาจจำเป็นต้องเปิดเผยหรือแบ่งปันข้อมูลเฉพาะเท่าที่จำเป็นแก่คู่ค้า ผู้ให้บริการ หรือหน่วยงานภายนอก เช่น การให้บริการด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ บริการบันทึกข้อมูล บริการตรวจสอบบัญชี บริการชำระเงิน บริการรับส่งไปรษณีย์ บริการรับส่งพัสดุ บริการจัดพิมพ์ บริการประกันภัย บริการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล บริการทำการวิจัย การทำการตลาด หรือบริการอื่นใดที่อาจเป็นประโยชน์ต่อลูกค้า หรือเกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินธุรกิจของบริษัท เป็นต้น
3.2 บริษัทอาจจำเป็นต้องเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามกฏหมาย หรือกระบวนการทางกฏหมายบังคับให้เปิดเผยข้อมูล หรือเปิดเผยต่อเจ้าพนักงาน เจ้าหน้าที่รัฐ หรือหน่วยงานที่มีอำนาจ เพื่อนปฏิบัติตามคำขอที่ชอบด้วยกฏหมาย

4. การถ่ายโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลไปยังต่างประเทศ

บริษัทอาจเปิดเผยหรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไปยังบุคคลภายนอก หรือเซิร์ฟเว่อร์ที่อยู่ในต่างประเทศ บริษัทจะดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนและมาตรการต่างๆ เพื่อทำให้ท่านมั่นใจได้ว่าการถ่ายโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านจะโอนอย่างปลอดภัย และบุคคลที่รับโอนข้อมูลนั้นมีมาตรฐานการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เพียงพอ

5. ระยะเวลาในการเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
บริษัทจะเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไว้ในระยะเวลาเท่าที่ต่อการประมวลผลตามวัตถุประสงค์ในประกาศฉบับนี้อย่างไรก็ตามบริษัทอาจมีความจำเป็นต้องเก็บข้อมูลไว้เป็นระยะเวลานานขึ้นหากจำเป็นตามกฏหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

6. การปลอดภัยของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

บริษัทจะใช้มาตรการทางเทคนิค และการบริหารจัดการที่เหมาะสมเพื่อปกป้องข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน โดยบริษัทจะตรวจสอบวิธีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พื้นที่ในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลและดำเนินการตามหลักปฏิบัติในการประมวลผล รวมถึงมาตรการความปลอดภัยทางกายภาพ ให้เป็นไปตามที่กำหนดในนโยบายและแนวปฏิบัติในการรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของบริษัท

7. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

ท่านสามารถขอใช้สิทธิตามที่กฏหมายกำหนด ไว้ดังต่อไปนี้
1) สิทธิในการเข้าถึง หรือขอรับสำเนาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่บริษัทเก็บรวบรวม บริษัทอาจขอให้ท่านพิสูจน์ตัวตนของท่านก่อนจะให้ข้อมูลตามที่ท่านขอ เพื่อความเป็นส่วนตัวและความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลของท่าน
2) สิทธิในการแก้ไขข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลให้ถูกต้อง และเป็นปัจจุบัน
3) สิทธิในการโอนย้ายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคคลไปยังผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอื่น ในกรณีที่บริษัทได้ทำให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลนั้นอยู่ในรูปแบบที่สามารถอ่านหรือใช้งานโดยทั่วไปได้
4) สิทธิในการขอลบ ทำลาย หรือทำให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลนั้นไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้ เว้นเสียแต่ว่า การเก็บรักษาข้อมูลดังกล่าวนั้นเป็นไปเพื่อการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย หรือเพื่อก่อตั้งสิทธิเรียกร้องตามกฎหมาย
5) สิทธิในการระงับการใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
6) สิทธิในการถอนความยินยอม ในการประมวลผลข้อมูลที่เคยให้ไว้ ณ เวลาใดก็ได้
7) สิทธิในการขอคัดค้านการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน
8) สิทธิในการยื่นข้อร้องเรียน

Company Notice on Personal Data Protection

Rev Edition Co., Ltd., including individuals involved in processing personal data as instructed or on behalf of the company, collectively referred to as “the Company,” recognizes the importance of protecting the personal data of customers, service users, visitors, business partners, and athletes.
